Employment Connections is dedicated to establishing a workforce system that meets the needs of area employers by providing qualified workers and broadening employment opportunities for residents. With the leadership of our Board, we work with local chambers, economic development councils and community leaders to contribute to the region's economic growth and positively affect the community.

Our integrated system provides comprehensive services to both local employers and jobseekers. At one location, both groups are linked to meet their needs and to build a better community by strengthening the quality of the region's workforce.
